My phone will not show incoming call ID even for those in my phonebook

 

Been to shop and unable to resolve issue

 

Anyone else with a similar issue recently

@Medgun   Have you tried a network reset on the device?  I’m not sure if this will fix it or not though but it’s worth a go. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
