I requested to port my number more than a week now. My old network has stopped working and I still do not have any network from EE.
Can you resolve this please. Its frustrating being without my old number and not knowing what to do.

Could you try restarting your phone please?
Are you on contract or pay as you go? If on contract, did you get a new phone or are you using the one from your previous network?

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can find out what's happening with your number, @Hettyob.
Hopefully they can get you up and running quickly.
