So, not the best of starts to my relationship with ee. Received my new ee sim today. Popped it in the iPhone and nothing. Thought I'd leave it a few hours. Still nothing. Got on chat to Tech Support and they said to call the Digital Sales team on 0800 079 0531 with my XKO order reference number however, after being on hold for over an hour, I gave up.
So, I can still use my old Three SIM and my new EE one doesn't work.
What is going on with my order!?

Sorry I meant to say it doesn’t work with any number. Just says no network.

When did you place your order, @greencode?
To give us your PAC, you would already need to know your temporary number.

As a forum user looking for an answer on something similar I though how ridiculous this answer was.
How would anyone know the temporary number when ordering a new sim and entering their pac?!
you don’t know that until you receive it!
