Hi

I but an order in on Wednesday 14th Oct with a PAC code. I had to ring in as there had been a payment problem with encryption, when this was sorted my order was checked and I was told the PAC code had gone through and was OK all I had to do when the SIM arrived was but in the phone and it would swap numbers. The SIM card arrived on the Friday it is now Sunday and the switching has still not happened?😔

Hi @Docomar750

The third bullet point under this EE help article advises on porting timescales.

Numbers don't move on weekends, so the earliest this will happen is Monday. I would assume the PAC wouldn't have been submitted until your new SIM was known live, which could mean Tuesday.

EE C/S on 150 would be able to check your specific port if necessary.
