I’ve just upgraded to the new apple 12 Mini. The first young man that dealt with us great he sorted our broadband out for us whilst we were there. He then handed over to his manager who didn’t mention that using my nhs discount would result in having to pay the first month in full. The first young man told us as he was bagging the phone up! Just a heads up this phone does not come with a charger or USB adapter!! So I can’t charge it and had to purchase these items - i would have paid for these in the shop 😡 if I’d been involved. So very poor communication I’m afraid

@Claire138 The charger not being in the box has nothing to do with EE and it’s not EEs responsibility to inform you of what’s not included with the device.
It’s been almost a year now and this is now becoming the standard.
At least you have a discount because of the NHS.
I don’t suppose it’s going to EE fault that you’ve not been told that the iPhone 13 is not that far away from being shown the first time with a release date soon after.

Hi @Claire138
I am sorry to hear you were not advised this in the EE Store.
Is your NHS discount showing in your My EE add-ons for your next bill?
Speak soon 🙂
