Placed an Order via LiveChat and I have had no confirmation?

Hello!

 

I went on the Livechat to ask some questions about a product and then the agent offered to place the order for me. He took all my details (address, number, card details). We went through all of that and he said that the order was placed and would be with me by Tuesday. I asked him to stay on the chat until I got the email confirmation. Instead, the chat got cut off and I still haven’t received a confirmation. I jumped back on Livechat and asked them to trace my order and no such order exists.

 

Can Livechat be hacked? I gave this guy so many details and now I’m worried about where that information has gone as EE has no record of me.
