Upgrade problems

I ordered an upgrade at the end of last week and received a confirmation email immediately. The website said it would be available for shipping within 24 hours, but I've still not heard anything. I expected a delay because of lockdown, but I've noticed the early upgrade fee hasn't come off my card either.......

I've tried that and was told to phone up tomorrow when the digital team is open. I just think it's strange that payment hasn't been taken so I'm wondering if the order actually went through properly. I did get a confirmation email though.
