Hi. I'd like to say a massive thank you to Jack Garvey for going the extra mile to help my Dad out. Jack was empathetic to my Dad's situation and enthusiastic about getting it resolved. My Dad who is 85 had been contacting EE for the last 3 days to obtain a PAC Code. Things were further complicated as he recently dropped and broke his mobile so he cannot use it. My dad could not remember his password - the account was set up years ago - and had failed the security tests for some unknown reason. He had become disheartened and frustrated as he was not getting anywhere with EE.
Then in steps Jack. I spoke with him this this morning and he contacted my Dad directly and got him through the security test and provided the PAC Code.
Jack is a credit to EE and his Team. So on behalf of Ken, thank you very much Jack.
