PAC code woes

Hi there, New mobile contract with EE started 30th April.

 

Currently with 02 and had an existing pac code with 10 days left so used that via EE's online pac code form. Had an email 1st may saying "you've requested to transfer phone number etc" then nothing, kept trying both o2 and EE sim in the phone. no transfer.

 

I assumed that the PAC code had expired so requested another from O2 on 10th of may, submitted it to EE on the same day (Had another email from EE confirming) and again to date nothing other than the email.

 

Fastforward 15 days and I just resubmitted the the same PAC code again, with almost instant email confirmation, only 15 days till it expires and 3 days before I get charged by o2 for another whole month!!!

 

I managed to get through to an O2 support guy who confirmed the PAC code and expiry date.

 

I have tried contacting EE on the phone several times and end up in an endless queue.

 

Put my son on the case and he was logged into Webchat for over an hour with no reply.

 

Its a bit frustrating at the moment and I know its going to be ring support. But ive spent literally hours now in queues and about to get charged by o2 again. 

 

Is there a problem with PAC code transfers with EE at the moment???
