Pixel 4a with free TV still no confirmation text

Purchased on 30 November and handset delivered on 2 November and  still no text about free TV. Can someone please confirm

Still no TV so escalated it and have to wait 3 days as nearly 40 days now and still nothing.

TV finally arrived . After over 40 days but glad it's finally arrived.
