I have been sent a PIN but was not on line a the time.
I also did not get the transcript of the conversation online
I have since agreeing my upgrade found a cheaper deal on line through EE!! of which I am not impressed

Welcome to the EE Community,
If you upgrade hasn't been despatched yet if you speak to 150 they be able to cancel your upgrade order and you will be able to upgrade again.
If you have already received your upgrade you will need to speak with EE channel returns on 0800 079 0103 they are available between 9-5 Monday - Friday.
