Hello , I newly updated to IOS 15.2 and on turning my phone on it said my PIN was wrong (did it 3 imes so it went to PUK) so I got my PUK which I have on origional it said that was wrong g, I exited ur all ss was weird thrn it completely let me in my phone. It’s never happened before ever. I cannot call as I am deaf

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Where did you get your PUK from? Did you look in your online MyEE?
