Over the last month i have had random pop message re sim not installed/removed (Samsung A41) so to turn off and turn again. I had not (newly installed or removed) so what to do as i kept loosing signal. I was first advised to take out sim and clean with a gentle cloth (ie glass etc) then re-install. Well for a short while it worked. And then yesterday, working/not working/working (I am sure you get the picture). So when i did finally gained a signal - 150 was the answer! V polite and professional young man at EE listened, spoke to tech team and hey-presto next morning new sim and all is working A1. Credit where it is due. Thank you.
