Hi @Sarahb22 and welcome to the EE community

Is the new owner of your phone getting any error messages on-screen when they insert the EE SIM?

Assuming the phone was sourced from EE originally, and not a third-party retailer..

Can they try following the iOS/Apple-specific instructions under how do I unlock my iPhone - EE Help ?

@Sarahb22   If you used it on EE and they have put a EE sim in it you need to ask them have they put the sim in the device the correct way round,  there is no reason it’ll not work if you use it on EE.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
