Got confirmation email but item not dispatched 2 days later

I ordered a Samsung galaxy smart watch 3 45mm in black 2 days ago, and since I ordered it late, I assumed it wouldn't be dispatched until the next day, but the tracking dosent tell me anything, and I have no emails or texts further
