Yesterday I went for the early upgrade on my account. I went the of choosing a phone and setting the payment option for the early upgrade. That all went through and I received my confirmation email. But I can't track my order and the money for the upgrade hasn't been taken my bank. And on my we it's still trying to sell me a upgrade. any one got any ideas on what's going on

Sounds like your order has gone through, since you received the confirmation. The order is probably still being processed, the money will come out once it is.
