My sim and phone were suspended by EE. I now paid everything in Full, but now when I put the sim card in and take it off flight mode the phone turns off and when I try to start it again it shows up with samsung, then shuts down again. If I take the sim card out it works or if I use flight node with the sim card in it works.
Is this because of the suspension?? If yes how long do I need to wait to use the phone and the sim again as normal as everything is paid.

Your SIM card suspension wouldn't stop your phone from turning on.
Please allow up to 24 hours to reconnect your service after making your payment.
