Phone plan changed but no update from DPD.

I upgraded to the Samsung Z Flip 3 today. It did say dispatched within 24 hours before I even ordered. My phone plan has changed and I can access all the smart benefits. 

I've not had any correspondence from DPD though, with all my other orders I got the 'it's on its way' email and then DPD would follow for a delivery date and time. 

Tracking has also disappeared from my EE app so I have no clue. Is it possible my phone is currently being sent to DPD and I will hear from them tomorrow morning?. I've always heard the day before with my other orders.

When your order is due to be delivered then you will receive a text from DPD the day before. On the day of delivery you will receive a text with a time of delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

So the fact I've not had any update from DPD would suggest my phone will not arrive today, I will speak to customer services to see what's happened.
