Phone order delivery

I ordered a new pay as you go phone on monday and it said delivery will be within 2 days but I havent heard anything and am getting an error message on the order tracker. When I pgone 150 there is a long wait. How do I find out what is happening with it?

I've checked and that device is in stock at the moment.

I tried the online chat but it just keeps coming up saying I will have to phone.  When i phone I'm put on hold.  The customer service is shocking to be honest!  I should have bought it elsewhere!
