I ordered a new phone on the 31st. I was told the product was in stock (Samsung S20 Fe) and would be delivered on Monday 4th. I've had a text to confirm from EE... but then no further communication. It obviously wasn't delivered on Monday... and I have heard nothing. I am unable to get through to speak to anybody. Its like the minute my order has been taken I've then been ignored. Can't say I'm very impressed! I'm about to go on nightshifts this weekend so I don't want to be woken up by a delivery I know nothing about!! I would appreciate if someone would actually get back to me!
