TWO PAY AS YOU GO BUT ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR REGISTRATION

Hi, I have had an EE Pay as you go mobile phone for years, great.  Top up and check balance by email fine.

Now I have purchased a EE 4G Mini unit for internet use only , again pay as you Go.

However when I tried to register the EE 4G Mini to arrange online top up, I used the same email address.  It has caused chaos, when ever I try to go on line to make a top up payment for the EE 4G it transfer to the EE mobile number.   Luckily I have been able to make a top up payment for the EE 4G Mini at Tesco using the Top Up Card supplied with the EE 4G unit, have made a couple of payments with way as I had no idea of the usage or balance.  Started using the EE 4G Mini beginning of Dec2020.  The EE 4G Mini works well and suddenly an EE account page has opened on my computer showing usage for the EE 4G Mini account, it's half way through the 6GB supplied with the unit and also £30 credit waiting ?, although I have made 2 x £20 card top ups.

Confused of how things stand, tried to contact EE chat but no good, and hate hanging on a mobile for hours as it seems to gobble masses of Pay as you go,

Anyone have a good route to get both EE devices accounts happy, the mobile seems fine but need to sort the EE 4G mini account.

Being a very old dog  makes these issues seem like star trek.

Cheers

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your MBB but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to the router will tell you your usage.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to the router to buy add-ons.
