I recently got a replacement of an iPhone XR and it came with a small scratch on the screen. It is visible when I’m using the phone. If I call we will I get another replacement it has not been 14 days yet. The scratch was there when the protective film was on it when I got it out the box.
@Zainab6 You’ll have to call customer services about this. It’s got nothing to do with a cooling of period if it was a replacement device. A cooling of period is for a sale of a device not a replacement.
