Hello. 

I am struggling to register as perk holder 

 

I am a lifeboat man but I do not have any photo ID. I have uploaded a letter to confirm I am a lifeboat man and also my blue light card. Neither work. I also checked that Rnli are eligible for the perks scheme and they are.
