I’m trying to pay my bill early , it’s not available yet to view on the app . It keeps saying “there was a problem , no payment has been taken “ I use the same card to pay my bill every month . Is it an issue with the app ?

Could the problem be caused, because you are trying to pay the bill early or have you been able to pay your bill early in the past?
Anyways, could you try and pay it via the EE website, and see if there is a problem when trying to pay it through there.
