Pay as you so Sim not arrived with no communication

Hi, I ordered a pay at you go sim with package on the 11th Jan, thought it would take 3-5 working days to get here at most, as it is just a sim & giff gaff will delivery it next day, even in convid. please advise where my sim is, thanks.

Hi Jon,

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly, order number is xko282740168, wanting to quickly transfer over to new SIM ASAP, so need the new one, cheers Paul
