I added pack10 and have enough credit but it won't start

@sirch It says it’ll start when you send a text so why keep sending a free text to EE ? Yes it should start with the command NOW but it’s not so try a different number.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Enable Mobile Internet for a minute or so for that EE sim/account on your dual sim device, if you do not want to call or text? That might trigger the pack to activate as stated by the 150 message.
