Hello,
I have moved to a different country and I would like to change providers but keep my phone number. I am not sure if it will work, but it's worth trying. I am trying to get a PAC code but it keeps giving me an error. Please find the screenshots attached. I tried several times on different days but the error is the same. Please let me know if anyone has any information.

Hi @TinaNone
Welcome to the community.
Are you moving to another UK provider?
Could you try requesting it on another device please?

I am moving to another provider abroad. Is it still possible to keep the number?
Kind regards,
Cristina

I believe a PAC code from EE can only be used to transfer to a UK network provider, @TinaNone.
That's not likely to be the reason you're getting the error message on the website, but I don't think a PAC will be any use to you in your situation.
Have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they'll run through your options with you.

OK @TinaNone
Just to let you know, you'll need to give the Mobile Care team 30 days notice if you want to end your contract with us.

Ah, sorry @TinaNone. I thought I'd read you're on contract, I don't know where I got that from.
No, you don't have to for a pay as you go number. 🙂
Chris
