Received an email from DPD lunchtime yesterday saying my EE parcel would be delivered today (Monday 14th) but the DPD app is still saying they have received my order details but have not yet received the parcel.
Not sure if they haven't updated the tracking details yet, otherwise I can't see how DPD know they'll be able to deliver something today that they haven't received yet - anyone else experienced this?
I've taken today off work to be at home in case it is delivered today but don't want it to be a waste of a day.

Exactly the same for me.. unsure if coming or not.. this would be the 4th day in total I've booked off now on the what I've been advised. So I hope its today..

Got through to ee chat, they said it should arrive some day this week and for me to keep checking the DPD app for any updates on when it's due to be delivered.
Thanks to either theirs or DPD's false info, today is a complete waste of a work holiday!

UPDATE:
Our PS5 was delivered safely this afternoon, wrapped in a plain white parcel bag (I'm assuming) to conceal the contents.
Even though the latest info shown this morning on the DPD app tracker was still Hinckley before 6pm yesterday, we received a text message from DPD before 11am today telling us our 1 hour slot and it was delivered on time.
Day off work wasted yesterday but happy and relieved now!
