Well we thought we were finally having some luck after being able to add a PS 5 onto our plan. This was a gift for our son of Santa for Xmas. After spending most of year shielding, then being made redundant and now to fins out our sons PS5 has gone walk about. It was handed over to DPD on Saturday but theyre saying they haven't got it ?? EE have launched an investigation but not looking good!
has anyone else had this? Keep your fingers crossed for us it turns up.
