Add to Plan order

I have ordered a pair of headphones using the add to plan option. I had placed the order a month ago and had confirmation that my order was placed. I then had another email confirming there would be a delay due to stock running out which was fine. I then received a further email on the 20/11/2020 outlining delivery details. It had no date other than it would get here by the 15th of December which is today and I haven’t had any messages from DPD about the delivery in this whole time and the order number comes up saying that they can’t provide any delivery information at the moment. Is there any other ways I can check progress? I was hoping it would get here this week as it’s for a present so quite urgent as it’s now been a months since the order was placed.

@MKosarzecka1  are you going to have to call customer services and speak to them about this as this is just a public forum that cannot help you with this.
