PS5 Order

I ordered a ps5 disc edition with an additional dual sense controller on Thursday morning through EE add on plans. On my email I haven’t received an order confirmation code or any updates, what does that mean? Has anyone else had the same problem, if so any updates?

If you received a successful order confirmation when you placed your order, we have received this. Because of the high demand, it may take a couple of days to work its way through our system. We will send you a further confirmation once it’s on its way.
