I ordered an upgrade phone yesterday, confirmed to be delivered today. Received a text this morning to confirm so.
However nothing has arrived and when checking it says it couldn't be delivered as the courier had no contact details for Me, even though I gave them when I ordered.
Need to get this sorted ASAP but work from home so can't call in can only webchat but can't find the option on the website anywhere

I'm on this on my PC now on a break and i found a chat option but when i click on it nothing comes up? All i want to do is just start a live chat with someone and it just seems impossible to navigate the website and figure out a way to do that.

On our get in touch page, a button to start a chat will appear when an advisor is available.
