Hi, I've placed an order yesterday, and haven't received any confirmation email or acknowledgement of my webchat conversation with Molly. She's ordered a new phone on my existing Monthly account - sim only.
She said I would receive an email - my current email was given as per conv Iconv saved) - yet I am still awaiting for email.
There's no indication of orders on myEE - Why?
Am I to just wait?
