I ordered a free pay as you go sim roughly 4 weeks ago. I've received an email saying my sim is ready to go but I haven't received it. I haven't received a tracking number so I'm unable to track my order.

I am sorry to hear you have not received the SIM card, you can order another SIM online or please give us a call on 0800 956 6000, and our customer care team will help you with the SIM 🙂
