Hi EE
As you are always extremely busy with calls, I will have to use your ‘online chat’ to reply to your request for payment.
On 2 cancelled contracts, you continued taking payments up to £300.
I have now attempted to prevent further payments through my bank.
I also have not used my 4G WiFi since March, when I noticed the payment issue.
There will be no more payments made from me in relation to these contracts. Consider them all as cancelled.
You are in debt to me over the payment issue and I consider the whole situation as closed.
Regards,
Ian51

@Ian51 This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum. You can not give notice to terminate your contacts here. You’ll need to speak with customer services about this and you have to be patient when calling as customer services are working with social distancing in mind which means there is less of them in the office to take calls.
and until you speak with customer services to get this resolved what you have done will affect your credit score when EE try to take payment again.
how did you originally I cancel these contracts ? as you have to give 30 days notice to terminate and if you don’t it will change to a 30 day rolling tariff until notice of termination is given. And not using a device doesn’t mean it’s terminate at the minimum term.
so unfortunately it’s not closed until you speak with customer services as this public forum is just that a public forum and there is no account access from here.
