PAC to 65075

Hi-

Unfortunately this is not the solution because I keep getting an error "Failed to Send" when I text PAC to 65075 and I am a pay monthly customer with contract ending on 18 Oct and I've no payment outstanding!

Could you please advise?

I really "DON'T want to speak with customer services.

If the text doesn't work then you will need to call EE CS on 150. There is no other way.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Are you able to send texts to other numbers?

 

Are you texting the word PAC in full capital letters?

Yes I can send texts to other numbers.

 

And have tried both PAC and pac!

 

The whole point of having 65075 is to avoid speaking to JOKERS at the customer service!
