Anyone else not able to request a PAC or switching info via the website? It seems to have had an error for at least three weeks.
Multiline account so can’t use SMS to get the info.

@Intoxicating if there is more than one device on your account you have to call to request the PAC code.

Thanks for the reply @Chris_B - when did this change happen? Have been able to request PAC or get switching info on multiline accounts before via the website. Seems to have stopped working within the last month.
