I requested a pac for xxxxxxxxxxx by texting 65075 but there appears to be a problem with the account. Please advise

@frustratedjohn this is a public forum not customer services you should not be posting your private information on the internet.
if the account is in arrears and you owe money on it then you will not obtain a pac code until its out of arrears.
if this is not the case you will need to call customer services about this issue.
