Ordered sim only 6 weeks ago, still not had

2nd sim been sent, still no sign.   Said they would refund 1st months charge. Guess what no credit on bill.   I really just want to cancel it now

@Janet3644  You’ll need to call customer services about this. 

Done that several times. 1 step forward and 2 back😭

Welcome to the community.

 

It's unusual that 2 SIMs wouldn't make it to you. 

 

It may be worth popping into your nearest EE store to see if they're able to check your account and replace the SIM card for you.
