Ordered on Saturday and heard nothing

Ordered on Saturday just passed and I heard nothing back. The upfront payment has fully cleared but I haven't received any delivery information

@Dillon1998  you receive tracking information once a device has been allocated to you.   What device is it and was is in stock when you ordered it ?

Have you tried using our online order tracker to track your order?

I just phoned ee and they said.that the didn't know my address which was odd. She said I should receive it tomorrow but I still don't have any tracking info...

You should get a text from DPD when your order is on it's way.

 

Let us know if it arrives tomorrow.

Yes will do but if I don't get any tracking info may it still arrive tomorrow?

If DPD send you a text, it'll contain information on the delivery of your order, including a one-hour window for delivery, @Dillon1998.

 

The text would usually come before midday.
