Ordered an eSim but it hasn't arrived.

Hello,

 

I've just tried calling EE but there are no options that are applicable to my situation. I ordered an eSim on Saturday, as a cheap second line, and was told it would arrive on Monday. It has not arrived and the mail has been for today, Tuesday. I can see that the account has been set up. The need for this line was quite urgent and I did make the person I spoke to aware of this. I'd like to find out where my eSim is, or even if it can just be emailed to me (it's just a QR code, after all).

Hi @leaffyleif 

 

EE use 2nd class post and there are quite a few delays in the postal system at the moment too. It could take a few more days till it gets to you. EE do not email QR codes.

Then the promise of delivery on Monday was an abject lie, and I expect better from EE.
