I have EE broadband, but not EE mobile. It seems there is no way to speak to someone to upgrade my EE broadband, as all numbers on the website seem to require me to enter my EE mobile number before I can go through to speak to a human. Any ideas how to find a number which is for EE broadband customers? (Note that the chat function also does not seem to be working, or I would have tried that).

Are you calling our broadband customer services number: 0800 079 8586?
That should get your through to the correct automated system and ask for your landline number.
