Phone Order

Hello i ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB Phantom Black on 15/01/21  and received a email to phone up to discuss my order. When i phoned the bloke on the phone sorted my order out and took the upfront payment (i'm a new customer) but iv not received a new confirmation email and the order number i have from previous email does not work in the track my order tab so can someone help with information please?

If the salesperson said it went through, then I'm sure it did. If you're worried, you could always contact our Mobile Care team to check the order. There's a live chat link and a number call from a non-EE phone on our get in touch page.
