Hello i ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB Phantom Black on 15/01/21 and received a email to phone up to discuss my order. When i phoned the bloke on the phone sorted my order out and took the upfront payment (i'm a new customer) but iv not received a new confirmation email and the order number i have from previous email does not work in the track my order tab so can someone help with information please?
