Hello, I recently applied for a £20 100gb sim only plan for EE and ordered an EE sim on 10th of November (tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxx). However, the sim card has yet to arrive and I cannot get tracking information via the tracker on this website. Can I please get verification for when my sim is coming, as I currently has no data on my phone, meaning I'm going to need the new sim urgently.

@HeroicInfernape SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class. The XKO number is an order number not a tracking number. And you shouldn’t post that on a public forum.

Ok, so should I expect the sim card to come in the next few days? And if it doesn't, what should I do?

Thanks for coming to the community.
SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive to the address given when you ordered.
If the SIM has not arrived after 5 working days, you can contact our sales team and they will get this looked into for you.

Hello, my sim has still not arrived yet, and I don’t have anyway to make calls (that’s why I’m ordering an EE sim in the first place), so is there any way to contact the sales team that doesn’t involve me making a phone call? If not then I’ll be unable to get my EE sim, in which case, can I cancel my order so that I don’t get charged for a sim plan I never got?
