Ordered a phone bit nothing after the confirmation email

Hi, I ordered a pay monthly phone on the 12th of Feb and I got the confirmation email with the order number on it but the money hasn't been taken out and no other emails, it's been 3 days now since ordering and when I put my order number in tracking it doesn't come up with anything

It maybe EE haven't processed your order. If order tracking isn't working then give EE a call on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi I tried calling but can't get anywhere as I don't have an EE number yet
