I ordered the deal which was the Google pixel 3a, with either xbox,sonos or b&o headphones and I ordered it to be delivered to the non accord branch in aberdeen but I'm yet to hear anything further than the confirmation email which I recieved on the 23rd of August, please can you find out what is happening, because it's almost been 2 weeks

Hey it's now 2 days till it's been a whole month since I ordered and I have yet heard anything about dispatch, could you potentially check up on my order and see what's going on?

The EE shop pages have now been updated to advice the phone will be dispatched within 14 days since you spoke to @Katie_B.

If you give our customer service team a call, they will be able to check the status of your order.

Come back and let me know what they advice once you have spoken to them.

Well I spoke to Katie 3 weeks ago, and phoning the customer service line is useless because you need a ee phone number to get anywhere which of course I do not have because I am yet receive my order a whole month later since I ordered.
