Ordered a new tv

Ordered a new TV (Sony TV), after paying I was told it was out of stock, now EE refuse to change to another TV and refuse to refund me because it might come back into stock, I asked Pooja a floor supervisor on live chat why my order was taken if out of stock and the person said because VIPs need to be sent there's first. If it hadn't of happened to me I'd never believe that level of customer service was possible. Disgusting.

Still not heard a thing about my tv, went onto live chat about it and they couldn't find my order. 

 

Im now getting emails from senior customer relations with no updates on this. 

 

For such a big company its absolutely shocking. 

 

Im very close to cancelling my phone contract it's that bad.
