Ordered Samsung Watch on Monday, still no update?

Hi all,

 

I ordered the Samsung Watch Active 2 (40mm in Pink Gold) on Monday 4th May, and I've still received no updates on my order other than the confirmation email I received that day.

 

How long do they normally take to ship out smart watches? I understand given the current circumstances there may be delays, but I would've thought there would be some sort of update by now?

Did you make an upfront payment for the watch?

 

If you log into your My EE app, do you have the watch number showing on your account?

No there was no upfront cost, and it doesn't show in my account either even though my EE number and account is 'linked' to it when I purchased it.

The watch is in stock and should be with you soon,.

 

You will receive a second email from EE confirming your order has been processed with a tracking number for your order. Have you checked your junk email for your emails?

 

Once your device has been dispatched and is with DPD, they will text you the day before delivery.
