I ordered a samsung watch on 01/06/2020 which was no upfront cost as I added it to my phone contract monthly. I had an email confirmation saying despatch within one day. I cant seem to track it or find any information on my purchase.. cant find anything on it really, even any history of purchase on my EE account.. can someone please tell me it will come and is just delayed due to lockdown.

@keren0505   You’ll need to call customer services about this as you should of had something by now.
