Good evening!
I've bought a replacement handset outright but have found that it requires a Nano SIM rather than the standard Pay As You Go (PAYG) SIM I currently have. My current phone is on its last legs so I need to move over to the new handset as soon as possible.
I tried to order a replacement using the 'replacement SIM - new handset and current SIM does not fit' option only to find that having filled in my details there was no way to explain I was after a Nano SIM so now I'm concerned I'm going to be charged for a new standard SIM and still not have a Nano SIM.
With Covid-19 meaning fewer people on the helpdesk to answer calls, is there any way I can order a new PAYG Nano SIM (and get my current number transferred onto it) without having to try to phone from an area with patchy network coverage only to wait in a long telephone queue?
Thanks in advance,
Chantelle

You'll be OK! You'll be sent a combo-SIM consisting of all 3 sizes where you press out the size you want.
